PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Installation Guide: Aluminum Mid Clamp(30/35/40/45mm)

1. Component Check: Verify that the total thickness of the glass/panel bundle is within the specified range: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, or 45mm.

2. Positioning: Place the pre-assembled gaskets on the frame. Carefully lower the component (e.g., insulated glass unit) into the frame.

3. Fitting the mid clamp

· Take the anodized aluminum middle clamp
· Position it horizontally against the exterior gasket, ensuring it sits flush and level along the entire length.

4. Securing:

· Using a calibrated torque wrench, insert and tighten the specified self-tapping screws or machine screws through the press block into the receiving mullion/transom.
· Recommended Torque: 16 N.m.
· Follow a sequential tightening pattern: middle -> ends -> intermediate points to apply even pressure and avoid water or air infiltration.

Warning: Exceeding the maximum torque can strip the threads in the aluminum and compromise the weather-tight seal.
